There is no application or user fee for application and usage of Energy Label. However, applicants are required to submit relevant energy consumption testing reports from testing laboratories accredited by the Chinese National Laboratory Accreditation (CNLA) System. The testing fees are to be paid by the applicants directly to the laboratories.
