Energy Conservation Labeling Program Requirements for Dehumidifiers
(Revision promulgated April 24, 2007 and in effect August 1, 2007)

1.The Energy Factor (EF) for Energy Label qualified dehumidifier products shall be measured in accordance with CNS 12492, or under the test conditions and methodology approved by the energy regulating competent authority, and shall have a measured value to meet the following requirement

2. Notes on product labeling:  
a.The name and address of the label user shall be clearly displayed on the product or product packaging. If the label user is an agent, the name and address of the product manufacturer shall also be clearly displayed on the product or product packaging;  
b.The Energy Factor (EF) shall be stated in the product catalog;  
c.The measured EF value shall be calculated to the second decimal place with the third decimal place rounded-off.  
d.The product testing shall be conducted in accordance with the requirements of CNS 12492.
